The HOTT3D team was approached by Delta Energy & Communications late in 2014 to realise their vision for their exhibit at PowerGen Africa 2015.
This was Deltas first time exhibiting in Africa. The brief called for a showstopper exhibit that was unique and stood out from the usual style of custom fabricated exhibits seen at industrial events.
This exhibit is entirely custom fabricated and finished in a black automotive sprayed finish. The leading columns incorporate P3 LED modules programmed to simulate unorganised data flowing into 2 seamless screen where the data is animated into logical algorithms. Our friends at Formative were instrumental in realising the technical aspect of this project. As always a pleasure to work with their great team.
Hands down this was the top exhibit on show to the point where the organisers used it for many PR exercises and the final awards ceremony was hosted nearby with the stand as the backdrop.
A great project and definitely a forerunner for our top project of 2015.
Next stop for this exhibit is Distributech 2016 in Orange County, Florida. Preparations are well under way for shipping and managing the onsite build effort in the USA.
